What allows us to consistently and predictably deliver high quality restorations is our "AAA" approach.
Assess: We receive the case, verify that all necessary information is there to complete it, understand Rx, choose appropriate technology for the case, and check timeframe to ensure completion and delivery are within requested time.
Action: We complete and promptly deliver the case to the client.
Analyze: We read all returned feedback forms, evaluate feedback, follow up internally and with doctors if necessary, make appropriate adjustments in technique and materials, and implement back into the "Assess" and "Action" phases.
