Digital Imaging
Talisman Dental Laboratory specializes in digital cosmetic imaging. By using a portrait of your patient we can digitally modify their smile to show what they will look like after cosmetic procedures are completed. Unlike a diagnostic wax-up, digital imaging combines the modified patient smile with an image of the patient. This allows the patient to see what they will look like with their new smile.

Our Diagnostic Wax-up services allow you to show your patients what their new smile will look like before any work is initiated. This is also a very important tool in planning of a complex case.

Custom Shade Taking
Our experienced ceramist will accurately determine the shade of a patient’s natural teeth in a colour neutral background, under colour corrected lighting using VITA’s EasyShade ® and documenting the shade with digital photographs. This technique is useful for all ceramic, and PFM restorations, and allows us to fabricate beautiful cosmetic restorations for your patients. This service takes as little as 10 minutes to complete!
Custom Staining

To take care of cases with difficult shade or shape, we invite the patients to come to our lab where we will customize the restorations. We will make sure they blend harmoniously with existing teeth or we will create a new look based on the patient's wishes and desires.
